Holly St.\,\nCentennial\, CO 80121\n  \n\nA workgroup made up of families\, primary care providers\, and members of the Early Intervention Colorado intake team to explore how primary care refers to early intervention\, how referrals are received by the Colorado Early Intervention intake team\, & how we can support families’ experience in this process. \nParticipants will attend two (2)  workshops that will include discussion and activities to help us learn how we can enhance screening and referral processes currently in place; while working to build a better system to support shared decision-making and enhanced communication between systems and families.
