Many of you are now feeling comfortable. As you look over your shoulder at the past few years, the view is: fellowship is over, the board exam has been passed and the work schedule of a neonatologist has become routine. But now, looking toward the future, some thoughts might provoke a sense of anxiety: work-life balance, how can I best contribute to my current group practice, what do I need to accomplish for promotion, or what legacy do I want to leave when I retire?
