Recognizing the need to “re-fill our cups” given the toll the past several months has taken, AAP Colorado invites you to join us for a 4-part mental health wellness series that acknowledges the importance of taking time to reflect upon issues critical to ourselves and our profession.
Each session will be facilitated and is designed to be a stand-alone topic, so participate in all or participate in only one. Further session details forthcoming.
The mental health wellness series includes:

Honoring Ourselves: Caring for ourselves, so that we may care for others featuring Jeffrey Ring, PhD, clinical health psychologist, author, executive leadership coach and champion of healthcare practitioner vitality & Thekla Brumder Ross, PsyD, Clinical Psychologist, Principal Consultant of Mental Health and Addictions Kaiser Permanente -and- advocate for provider wellnessThis session will include an interactive discussion based on the core components of:

While there is no cost to attend the full series or each of the stand-alone sessions, AAP Colorado asks you to consider making a donation to the Chapter, or allowing us to re-direct your Spring 2020 CME fee, in order to help us make up for the significant loss of revenue due to the COVID-related postponement of that event.
