Objectives:

• Explore monitoring growth and discuss intervening early if swallowing, nutrition, or GI concerns are identified.
• Describe management of G-tube, NG-tube, and/or oral feeding schedules, advancements, and recommendations.
• Identify additional supports from a multidisciplinary team to ensure patients are provided with adequate resources
• Determine interventions to help reduce and prevent hospital readmissions.
