The Colorado Women, Infant and Children program (COWIC) received funds to improve customer service in WIC clinics and enhance the WIC enrollment process. Healthcare providers, like you, play an important role in the success of this work.

The COWIC team has identified a need to improve the way COWIC staff receive:

• height/length
• weight
• hemoglobin, and/or
• special dietary requirements (ex: prescription for specialized formula) from healthcare provider
