Presented by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) Council on Children with Disabilities (COCWD), this webinar will provide an overview of the population of children with disabilities and discuss the importance of family/professional partnership in caring for this population. Four experts in the field will discuss their career paths, including general pediatrics, developmental and behavioral pediatrics, neurodevelopmental disabilities, and physical medicine and rehabilitation.

The webinar will include time for participants to ask questions. Medical students, residents, fellows, early career physicians, and others interested in exploring career pathways caring for children with disabilities are encouraged to attend.
