Join AAP’s Council on Immigrant Child and Family Health (COICFH) and a panel of multidisciplinary clinicians and advocates to discuss the moral distress and burnout felt by pediatric professionals caring for immigrant children and families.
Objectives:
- Recognize the multiple levels of moral distress, moral injury, and burnout in the context of immigrant health
- Explore strategies to mitigate and respond to distress as individuals and collectively
- Identify tools, resources, and communities available for support
