The AAP Virtual Career Fair is a tri-annual online event connecting physician job seekers from all areas of pediatric medicine (general pediatrics, pediatric subspecialties, surgical specialties, academic medicine, and in-training graduates) to private practice employers, in-house recruiters, search partners and locum tenens groups.
During the AAP Career Fairs, job seekers can:
- Browse general and pediatric subspecialty positions and employer profiles.
- Privately interact with employers through live chat on mobile device or desktop.
- Explore career development resources and interactive content in employer virtual booths.
- Access archived job openings up to 30 days after the event.
- Join employers and other candidates via group chat in the Social Lounge.
