The Department of Health Care Policy and Financing will be holding a live webinar to provide additional information on the implementation of the Alternative Payment Model (APM) for primary care.  The webinar will be especially useful for primary care practice or office managers and any office staff responsible for clinical quality improvement activities including registries and policy/process improvement.
